Project overview
The project is shown at its documented pre-development stage. No construction completion is claimed.
PK41 is the commercial name of a proposed 200-hectare land development at Mangoule I, Bloc B, in the Yabassi Subdivision of Cameroon’s Littoral Region.
Dream Life Properties has structured the initiative in three phases. Phase 1 covers the legal, administrative, surveying and technical work required to pursue the land title and establish the foundation for later planning and infrastructure.
Development story
The development begins with legal security rather than finished-product imagery. The Phase 1 brief places due diligence, boundary confirmation, title processing and preparation for subdivision ahead of physical infrastructure.
Later phases are planned around a drainage channel and access crossing, followed by roads, drainage and internal access. Each phase is intended to prepare the land for a more organised development process.
No completed construction milestone is presented here. PK41 remains in pre-development, with the current brief focused on Phase 1.

Development rationale
This page describes the project plan in the supplied Phase 1 brief. It is not an offer of securities, a promise of title issuance, a construction completion claim or a guarantee of financial return. Current participation terms must be confirmed directly with Dream Life Properties and governed by an executed agreement.
Begin with title work, due diligence and confirmed boundaries.
Sequence access and drainage before the wider internal-road programme.
Use the title, survey, master plan and approved subdivision to govern parcel allocation.
Treat every participation decision as subject to formal documentation and independent advice.
Phase 1 target sequence
